Yamaha Motor France distributes branded products from more than 250 dealers in France. 
The mission of Smile revolved around a central question: how to implement an effective e-commerce B2C platform while integrating the dealership network, in accordance with legislation and logistics already in place? 
Smile accompanied Yamaha in the design of this platform to achieve a merchant site to benefit from membership of dealers and easy to use for customers. 
In this approach, Smile conducted a benchmark users course in business and third sectors to identify best practices. An analysis of the logistics and organizational environment has to choose the tool that best suits their business. Following this framework, Smile wrote the specifications (functional, technical, ergonomic).
